瀚纳仕表示,由于自由工作的灵活性,越来越多的员工选择自由职业而不是从事固定工作,而企业也同样被这种灵活性所吸引。
“对于许多拥有许多关键技能的员工来说,自由职业是一个非常有吸引力的选择。通过从事不同的项目,能够让人们掌控自己的职业生涯,”瀚纳仕中国执行总监兰熙蒙(Simon Lance)表示。“企业也对灵活劳动力的优势有所了解。它能够在有需求的时候迅速提供具备相关技能的劳动力,无论是在一个特定项目需求期间,还是在每年的休假期间或是用工高峰期,自由职业者都能够立即接任工作。
“企业必须记住,短期雇佣的自由职业者对公司品牌和价值观的参与度将无法与全职员工相比,” 兰熙蒙表示。
兰熙蒙也指出,公司有必要对全职员工进行教育,让他们理解临时员工或自由职业者的时薪意味着什么。“自由职业者获取的时薪更高,但是他们将不能享受带薪年假、病假或福利。”
Hays :number of freelancers in China is rising
(Nov.17, 2016, /stuffingindustry.com/)The number of people in China choosing to freelance is rising, according to international recruitment firm Hays.
Hays stated that an increasing number of workers are opting to freelance rather than take on permanent roles due to the flexibility it offers, while businesses are attracted by the same flexibility.
“Freelancing is a very attractive option for many workers with key skills in demand. Moving from project to project allows people to be in charge of their own career,” Simon Lance, Managing Director of Hays in China, said. “Businesses understand the true benefits of a flexible workforce too. It gives them a chance to quickly bring in certain skills only when they need them, whether that’s to work on a particular project, to cover annual leave or at times of peak workloads.”
“Businesses must remember that when they are making a short-term hire the freelancer may not be engaged with the brand and company’s values like a permanent employee is” Lance said.
Lance also stated that that it may also be necessary to educate permanent staff about what a temporary or freelancer’s hourly rate really means.
“While a freelancer earns a higher hourly rate, they do not receive paid annual leave, sick leave or benefits,” Lance said.
